About The App

Clinical-Grade Scoliosis Monitoring. In Your Pocket.

ScolioTrack turns your iPhone or Android phone into a clinically informed scoliosis monitoring tool. Using your phone's built-in sensors, it measures the Angle of Trunk Rotation (ATR) — the same measurement clinicians take with a scoliometer during scoliosis screening — so you can track changes in your spine month by month, at home, with no added radiation exposure between specialist visits. Every reading is saved alongside height, weight and standardised photo records of the back, then plotted on easy-to-read progress graphs so subtle changes become visible early. Multiple user profiles make it practical for families monitoring a growing teenager — and accurate enough for doctors, chiropractors and physiotherapists tracking many patients. Built by a scoliosis clinician, not a software company, ScolioTrack is used by patients and clinicians around the world. It doesn't replace your doctor — it gives you and your clinician better data between appointments, and the reassurance of knowing whether a curve is stable or changing.

About The Developer

Dr Kevin Lau

ScolioTrack was created by Dr Kevin Lau (Doctor of Chiropractic, RMIT University, Australia), founder of ScolioLife® and a clinician who has dedicated more than 20 years to non-surgical scoliosis care. His mission is personal: watching his brother struggle with scoliosis as a child shaped his life's work — giving patients the tools and knowledge to take control of their own spinal health. He works with scoliosis patients daily at ScolioLife® clinics in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Surabaya. He is the author of the Amazon bestseller Your Plan for Natural Scoliosis Prevention & Treatment (5th Edition), translated into multiple languages, and An Essential Guide for Scoliosis and a Healthy Pregnancy. He developed the ScolioAlign® 3D hypercorrective scoliosis brace and the ScolioTrack® and Scoliometer® apps — bringing clinical-grade scoliosis assessment into homes worldwide. ScolioTrack was invited to the Wall Street Journal 2011 Asia Innovation Awards. In 2026, Dr Lau was appointed ScolioLife®'s United Nations Representative to the Academic Impact Worldwide Working Group (AWWG) under the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), and serves on the Global Advisory Board of the Forttuna Health and Wellness Council. Awards & Recognition • Healthcare Professional of the Year — The Straits Times, Singapore (2006) • Chiropractic Specialist Center of the Year — Global Health Asia-Pacific Awards (2021) • Best Specialist Chiropractic Centre, Singapore — APAC SE Asia Business Awards (2021–2026) • Chiropractor of the Year — Forttuna Global Excellence Awards, Dubai (2024) • Healthcare Company of the Year (ScolioLife®) — Fluxx Awards, Hong Kong (2025) • United Nations Representative, AWWG–ECOSOC (2026) • Global Advisory Board Member — Forttuna Health and Wellness Council (2026)

Dr. Kevin Lau's

Mission Statement

"To give every person with scoliosis the knowledge, tools, and care to take control of their spine — without surgery."

Most scoliosis research stops at the spine, asking how to brace or when to operate. These are the wrong questions. Managing a curve is not the same as correcting a condition. We aren't interested in the status quo of "watch and wait" — we are focused on what triggers progression and how early we can intervene. My commitment isn't to conventional protocols; it's to patients who deserve correction over management, and action over surgery.

In good health,

An App Backed by Real Clinics. Not the Other Way Around.

ScolioLife® is a scoliosis-focused health company headquartered in Singapore, with award-winning clinics in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Surabaya delivering non-surgical scoliosis care to thousands of patients. Alongside hands-on patient care, ScolioLife develops the tools people with scoliosis use every day — the ScolioTrack® and Scoliometer® apps, the ScolioAlign® 3D hypercorrective brace, internationally translated books, and structured exercise programmes. Every ScolioTrack feature is shaped by what our clinicians see daily: thousands of real patients, real curves and real outcomes. Your tracking data gives any clinician — including ours, in person or via teleconsultation — an objective record of your curve's behaviour over time. Building the future of scoliosis care with AI. ScolioTrack has always existed to answer one question earlier and more safely: is the curve changing? Artificial intelligence is the next leap in answering it. Our team is actively developing AI-assisted tools to detect progression patterns sooner, personalise monitoring schedules, and support clinicians' own decision-making with thousands of home measurements — earlier detection, fewer unnecessary X-rays, better outcomes.
