Di seguito una sintesi in linguaggio semplice delle prove sottoposte a revisione paritaria che sostengono questo approccio, seguita dall\u2019elenco completo dei riferimenti.<\/p>\n<div class=\"st-note\"><strong>Che cos\u2019\u00e8 ScolioTrack:<\/strong> uno strumento di supporto allo screening e al monitoraggio domiciliare basato sul metodo scoliometro \/ ATR, validato clinicamente. Facilita il dialogo con il professionista sanitario e il monitoraggio tra una visita e l\u2019altra. Non diagnostica la scoliosi, non misura l\u2019angolo di Cobb da una radiografia e non sostituisce la valutazione medica professionale n\u00e9 le radiografie quando clinicamente indicate.<\/div>\n<h3>1. Le app scoliometro per smartphone misurano la rotazione del tronco con precisione<\/h3>\n<div class=\"st-claim\">I sensori integrati di un telefono possono misurare l\u2019angolo di rotazione del tronco in modo affidabile quanto lo scoliometro fisico usato in clinica.<\/div>\n<div class=\"st-ref\">\n<div class=\"m\">Balg F, et al. Sensors (Basel). 2026;26(7):2099.<\/div>\n<p>Durante il test di flessione anteriore di Adams, la misurazione dell\u2019ATR tramite app mostrava una correlazione molto elevata con lo scoliometro e un bias minimo. <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.3390\/s26072099\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DOI<\/a><\/div>\n<h3>2. Il metodo scoliometro \/ ATR \u00e8 uno strumento di screening consolidato<\/h3>\n<div class=\"st-claim\">Decenni di ricerca validano lo scoliometro per lo screening della scoliosi e il monitoraggio nel tempo della rotazione del tronco.<\/div>\n<div class=\"st-ref\">\n<div class=\"m\">Amendt LE, et al. Phys Ther. 1990;70(2):108&ndash;17.<\/div>\n<p>Ha stabilito l\u2019elevata riproducibilit\u00e0 dello scoliometro (r = 0,86\u20130,97) come strumento di screening \u2014 pur rilevando che le sole misurazioni non bastano per la diagnosi. <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1093\/ptj\/70.2.108\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DOI<\/a><\/div>\n<div class=\"st-ref\">\n<div class=\"m\">Coelho DM, et al.
